Our story
The Story Behind Happy Feet
Some people choose a career. Others discover a calling. For Edelmira Cardenas, childcare became both.
After working in school districts and witnessing firsthand the importance of early childhood experiences, she envisioned a different kind of daycare: one built on respect, inclusion, communication, and genuine care for children and their families.
That vision became Happy Feet Family Daycare.
Today, what began as a dream has evolved into a trusted learning environment where children are encouraged to grow into confident, curious, and capable learners.
